Desert Escape Dubai respects your privacy rights in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 regarding Personal Data Protection. We collect minimal identification details exclusively to coordinate desert operations, process permits, and ensure safety.

Information Collected: Guest names, contact phone/WhatsApp numbers, hotel pickup addresses, and passport/Emirates ID details strictly as mandated by Dubai tourism regulations.
Payment Data: All online credit card processing is handled via PCI-DSS compliant secure payment gateways. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
Media & Photography: Action photos or drone footage captured during your tour are provided directly to you. We never utilize guest media for promotional campaigns without explicit consent.
No Third-Party Sharing: Your personal data is never sold, leased, or distributed to outside marketing agencies.

LEGAL COMPLIANCE

TERMS & WAIVER

Off-road desert riding involves inherent risks over shifting terrain. All participants must agree to the following terms prior to mounting fleet vehicles:

Age Limitations: Minimum 16 years old to drive buggies and ATVs; minimum 18 years old for manual dirt bikes. Passengers in buggies must be at least 6 years old.
Indemnity Waiver: All drivers and passengers must sign our standard desert liability and medical disclosure waiver before commencing the tour.
Zero Alcohol Tolerance: Operating off-road machinery under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances is strictly forbidden under UAE law and grounds for instant cancellation.
Medical Advisory: Not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with severe chronic spinal, neck, or back conditions.
